How to Merge Duplicate DUPR Accounts

If you’ve ever created more than one DUPR account (it happens more often than you’d think), your rating and match history may be split between profiles. Bringing everything into one place helps your rating reflect your true level.

Here’s how to take care of it:

Step 1: Find your duplicate accounts

Take a moment to locate both profiles. This might be:

• Two different email addresses

• A login through Apple/Google and another created manually

• A profile with match history and one without

You can search your name inside DUPR if you’re unsure.

Step 2: Choose your main account

Look for the account that:

• Has the most match history

• Reflects your current rating more accurately

This will be the account you keep.

Step 3: Email DUPR Support

Send a quick message to:

support@mydupr.com

Include:

• Your full name

• Email(s) connected to both accounts

• A note asking to merge your profiles

You can keep it simple. Something like:

“I believe I have two DUPR accounts and would like to merge them. Here are the details for both profiles…”

Step 4: Wait for confirmation

The DUPR team will merge your accounts and combine your match history. This usually happens fairly quickly.
