DUPR Setup + Connecting to Pickleball.com

Step 1: Create Your DUPR Account

1. Go to DUPR (website or download the app)

2. Click Sign Up

3. Enter:

   • Name (use your real/legal name — this matters for matching)

   • Email

   • Password

4. Verify your email

5. Log in to your account

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

Once logged in:

• Add a profile photo (optional but helpful)

• Confirm your location

• Make sure your name matches exactly how you’ll register for leagues/tournaments

Consistency here prevents connection issues later.

Step 3: Create / Log Into Pickleball.com

1. Go to Pickleball.com

2. Click Sign Up (or log in if you already have an account)

3. Use the same email and name as your DUPR account

Step 4: Connect DUPR to Pickleball.com

1. Log into your Pickleball.com account

2. Go to:

   • Profile

   • Then Connections (or “Linked Accounts”)

3. Select Connect DUPR

4. Log into your DUPR account when prompted

5. Authorize the connection

Step 5: Confirm It’s Connected

• Your DUPR rating should now appear in your Pickleball.com profile

• If you don’t have a rating yet, it will show once matches are recorded

Important Notes for Players

• Your name and email must match across both accounts

• DUPR ratings update as matches are entered and verified

• You don’t need a rating to start — it builds over time

Quick Troubleshooting

If it doesn’t connect:

• Double-check email + name match exactly

• Log out and back in to both accounts

• Try reconnecting from Pickleball.com

• If needed, contact DUPR support through their app
